No doubt you have heard sentences like this, “My Granny used to say…” or “I once learnt that…” Perhaps you have used similar words yourself. Words of wisdom passed down through generations by normal people, sages or philosophers. Some are found in books or letters or have been memorized and passed on by word of mouth. Many are old and others quite new. Let us look at some really interesting ones. Photos and short stories will enrich my talk. Maybe you have a good example to share.
